All items purchased from Odabaia can be returned!


You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to make an exchange, receive a credit or request a refund (seal of the carrier being taken).

How to make a Return?

Ôdabaïa offers the prepaid label in Metropolitan France, find it in your package.

1/ Prepare your package

- Prepare your packaging (e.g. cardboard box, original Ôdabaïa envelope), your prepaid label and your invoice received with your order.

- Write down the details of your return request (exchange, credit note or refund) on your invoice and insert it in your package.

In the case of an exchange, indicate the model and/or the new size you want. The exchange does not imply the reservation of an article. If, on receipt of the return parcel, the item requested for exchange is no longer available, Ôdabaïa will offer a similar item, a credit note or a refund.

- Put the article back in its packaging and insert it in your parcel.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all the elements delivered and the labels attached to the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

- Stick the prepaid label provided by Ôdabaïa on your package.


2/ Send the parcel

Drop your parcel off at the post office or colissimo relay of your choice (for France only), or in your mailbox (for France only and before 8am after having made your request on https://www.laposte.fr/retourbal).

It takes about 7 days between the deposit of your return package and the reception of your return in our premises.

Keep the proof of deposit stamped by the post office or the carrier. If you have declared your return on your Ôdabaïa customer account, as soon as we receive your parcel in our warehouses, you will be alerted by e-mail, you will also see the status of your return being modified in your customer account.

3/ Declare and track your return (optional)

In order to track your return, go to "My account" and then to the "My orders" section.

Choose the order concerned, check the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return as well as your choice between an exchange, a credit or a refund.

Go to "my account" then in the "My Returns" section, you can follow the progress of your return.

What are the statuses of your return:

"Waiting for confirmation",

"Waiting for the Package",

"Parcel Received",

"Return completed".

"Return refused".

Your return will be taken into account within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email Ôdabaïa. The status of your return will also be modified in your customer account at each stage of the management of your return.

How much does a return cost?


1 / For France and Belgium,

Ôdabaïa makes your life easier ! We have integrated a prepaid label for your return!  

The products on sale or in promotion also benefit from free return.

Postage costs are not subject to reimbursement.

If you opt for a refund, the reduced price for the return label and processing is € 6.90, an amount that will be reduced by the reimbursement of returned products for France and € 7.90 for Belgium.

Reminder: The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of the items delivered and the labels attached to the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

2 / For the European Union countries

Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Hungary, Greece, Finland, Malta, Croatia, Romania.

Ôdabaïa makes your life easier! and offers you a simple return solution by providing you with a prepaid label to stick on your package that you can drop off at your post office.

If you opt for a refund, the reduced price for the return label and processing is € 10.00, an amount that will be reduced by the reimbursement of returned products. For the UK the cost of the administration fee is €15.


Postage costs are not subject to reimbursement.

Reminder: The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of the items delivered and the labels attached to the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

3 / For other countries


Unfortunately Ôdabaïa does not yet offer prepaid returns for other countries. You can return the unsuitable items to us on your own. Upon receipt and verification of your package, returned items will be fully refunded excluding postage via the payment method used when ordering.

If you opt for a refund, the reduced price for the return label and processing is € 8.90, an amount that will be reduced by the reimbursement of returned products.

There should be a delay of approximately 10 days between the deposit of your return package and the receipt of your return on our premises.

Do I have a withdrawal period?

You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us.

The refund will be issued by Ôdabaïa within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of your return package.


The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of the items delivered and the labels attached to the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

How is the refund?


Within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and verification of the good condition of your items, you will be reimbursed by the payment method selected when ordering.

The refund will correspond to the amount shown on the order form for the returned items minus a contribution to the return costs in accordance with our general conditions of sale.


Postage costs are not subject to reimbursement.

If you have chosen a refund by credit Ôdabaïa will credit upon receipt and validation of your return your customer account with the amount of this credit.

If you have chosen a cash reimbursement, the reimbursement method depends on the payment method used when ordering:


• Bank card: we reimburse you on your bank card account.
• American Express card: we reimburse you on the account linked to your American Express card.
• PayPal: we reimburse you on your PayPal account.

• Bancontact: we reimburse you on your Bancontact account.
