Our conditions !

You have a period of 28 days from the date of receipt of your order to make an exchange, get a credit note or ask for a refund (carrier's stamps as proof).

*Returns are free within France, UK, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic with the exception of complete order return, SALES products, promotions, Discount or we deduct in case of refund of 5 € TTC or 5£.

For any return request, thank you kindly connect to your account Ôdabaïa, then select your order and the items you want to send back. We thank you for indicating the reasons for the return, as well as your choice between an exchange request, to have or a refund.

In the case of an exchange, thank you to indicate us the new size or model wished.

You will receive under 24H a good return and a prepaid return label that must be deposited at the post office, a relay point or even in your mailbox according to the instructions provided by the post office.

Thank you for integrating the return and the delivery note on your return.

It is necessary to return the item along with the packing list, to the following address by mail within 7 days upon receipt of your return:

For other countries, the client will have to go to the local post office and return the item at his own expense. The return address of Ôdabaïa remains the same.

 ÔDABAÏA’s policy

Whatever solution you choose ...

- Incomplete, damaged or soiled items are neither refunded nor exchanged.

- Items must be tested along with your underwear.

- Returns are accepted only if the products are provided with their packaging and original label still attached, and the protective sticker that ensures the hygiene of the bottom of the swimsuit. Otherwise, no refund, exchange, credit can be required; you will remain the owner of the product, which you can have sent back to your address at your expense within 15 days.

For any size or color mistakes, ... ÔDABAÏA is committed to sublimate you by our multiple collections. You can ask to for an exchange of the item you originally ordered with a more suitable model.

Kindly contact our customer service by email from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the following address: hello@odabaia.com. We answer within a day!

By indicating your details, your order number, the reference of your article, and the reasons for the return, as well as the new product (s) wished (s) for your exchange.

1. Our advisors will make available on your customer area a label from the carrier for a free shipping to stick on your package and deposit in your post office or relay Colissimo but also in your mailbox within 7 days.

2. Upon receipt of your return package from ÔDABAÏA, the customer service will proceed to the sending of your new order within 24 hours, provided that the returned item is not damaged, incomplete or soiled under the Ôdabaïa’ terms and conditions.

3. It takes about 10 days from the time you deposit your return package to the delivery of your new order.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND :

- The exchange is valid on a product of the same price. If you choose a more expensive model than the one originally ordered, ÔDABAÏA will charge you with the difference. If, however, you opt for a cheaper model, ÔDABAÏA will offer you a credit note on your next order.

- The exchange does not imply in any case the reservation of an article.

- If at the time of receipt of the return package, the item requested in exchange is no longer available in stock, it cannot be claimed. ÔDABAÏA will offer you another item, a credit note or a refund.

Choice no 2: ÔDABAÏA guides you to get a credit note

You wish to have a credit note ... You have a period of 28 days as well!

Do you prefer to return the model you ordered and choose another model in the coming days? ÔDABAÏA offers you a credit note with the same amount of your initial order. Take your time, you have a year to order a model that will suit you more in our website!

2. Upon receipt of your return package at ÔDABAÏA, provided that the returned item is not damaged, incomplete or soiled under the terms of Ôdabaïa, we will generate a credit note available on your customer area within 24H.

 

Choice no 3: ÔDABAÏA guides you to get your money back

You wish to be reimbursed ... Again, you have a period of 28 days!

You finally want to return the item you ordered,

ÔDABAÏA is committed to refunding you upon treatment of your package within 72 hours and hopes that you will soon find the model you are looking for. The refund will be made from the amount of your invoice, deduction of the price of the postal charges of the order and management costs in case of complete order return. 

Log in to your customer account and request a return by specifying your refund request.

Note that as part of a refund, postal charges are not reimbursed. If you have benefited from free postage, we will deduct the cost of the selected logistics service from your refund.

It takes about 7/10 days for us to receive your package.

2. Upon treatment of your return package at ÔDABAÏA, provided that the returned item is not damaged, incomplete or soiled under the Ôdabaïa’s terms, we will proceed to the refund within 72 hours.

3. The refund will be made on the payment method you used to place your order.

4. As part of a payment in 3 installments, Ôdabaïa will refund only the sums received and will cancel the next installments.

In all 3 cases, allow between 10 and 15 days for us to receive you back in our offices.
