All items purchased from Odabaia can be returned!


You have a period of 28 days from the date of receipt of your order to make an exchange, receive a credit or request a refund (seal of the carrier being taken).

How to make a Return?


1 / Log into your customer account

for that go to "My account" then in the "My orders" section choose the order concerned, check the item (s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return as well as your choice between an Exchange, Credit or Refund .

2 / Follow the progress of Your return in your customer account
Go to "my account" then in the "My Returns" section, you can follow the progress of your return.

What are the statuses of your return ?:

"Waiting for confirmation",

"Waiting for the Package",

"Package received",

"Return completed"

"Return refused"


Your return will be taken into account within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email from Ôdabaïa. The status of your return will also be changed in your customer account at each stage of the management of your return.

3 / Print the Prepaid return label
You will receive within 24 hours an email with a prepaid label to stick on your package.

4 / Prepare your package
Return the item to its packaging. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of the items delivered and the labels attached to the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged. Then put it in a package (for example the cardboard or the envelope received from Ôdabaïa).


Add the return voucher available in your customer account, indicate us on this voucher if you wish to benefit from a credit, exchange or refund.

In the case of an exchange, tell us the new model and / or the new desired size. The exchange in no way implies the reservation of an article.
If at the time of receipt of the return package, the item requested in exchange is no longer available in stock, it cannot be claimed. ÔDABAÏA will offer you another item, a credit or a refund.
Stick the prepaid label made available by Ôdabaïa on your package.

5 / Ship the package
Drop off your return in your post office or colissimo relay (For France only) but also in your mailbox (For France only) within 7 days.
There should be a delay of approximately 7 days between the deposit of your return package and the receipt of your return on our premises.


Keep the proof of deposit stamped by the post office or carrier. Upon receipt of your package in our warehouses, you will be alerted by e-mail, you will also see the status of your return changed in your customer account.

How much does a return cost?


1 / For France and Belgium,


The return is free and prepaid if you choose reimbursement by credit or exchange when requesting a return.


If you opt for a cash refund, you can still use the prepaid label available to you, but your refund will be reduced by a flat rate of € 9 including tax, as part of the management costs.


Postage costs are not subject to reimbursement.

2 / For the United Kingdom and European Union countries

Ôdabaïa makes your life easier! and offers you a simple return solution by providing you with a prepaid label to stick on your package that you can drop off at your post office.

If you opt for a refund by credit note or exchange, the reduced price for the return label and processing is       € 10.00, an amount that will be reduced by the reimbursement of returned products.

If you opt for a cash refund, the price of the return label and its processing is € 15.00, an amount that will reduce the refund of returned products.


Postage costs are not subject to reimbursement.

3 / For other countries


Unfortunately Ôdabaïa does not yet offer prepaid returns outside France and Europe. You can return the unsuitable items to us on your own. Upon receipt and verification of your package, returned items will be fully refunded excluding postage via the payment method used when ordering.

There should be a delay of approximately 10 days between the deposit of your return package and the receipt of your return on our premises.

Do I have a withdrawal period?

You have a period of 28 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us.

The refund will be issued by Ôdabaïa within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of your return package.


The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all of the items delivered and the labels attached to the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

How is the refund?


Within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and verification of the good condition of your items, you will be reimbursed by the payment method selected when ordering.

The refund will correspond to the amount shown on the order form for the returned items minus a contribution to the return costs in accordance with our general conditions of sale.


Postage costs are not subject to reimbursement.

If you have chosen a refund by credit Ôdabaïa will credit upon receipt and validation of your return your customer account with the amount of this credit.

If you have chosen a cash reimbursement, the reimbursement method depends on the payment method used when ordering:


• Bank card: we reimburse you on your bank card account.
• American Express card: we reimburse you on the account linked to your American Express card.
• PayPal: we reimburse you on your PayPal account.

• Bancontact: we reimburse you on your Bancontact account.

Did you place your order on La Redoute, Amazon or Spartoo?


If you are a customer in one of these market places, you can return your articles to us only for reimbursement.
